The concert will feature blues and soul singer Roy Young and saxophonist Oleg
Kireev.

Roy´s warm vocal intonation will make you feel comfortable, but the lyrics are
full of issues of inescapable importance - full with doubts and fears that every
man experiences. Roy performs his songs emotionally, roughly, breaking into
falsetto. He encourages us, he sends us on a journey to explore our own soul.
His vintage style soul tracks, incomparable to any other, bring calm to an
anxious spirit that lies within us.
"For how long have not you heard a song that evokes tears and that gives you the
courage to open your heart? That accomplished Roy´s album "Memphis "- writes the
American music critic Billy Sheppard.
Roy makes us look at life with new eyes and re-evaluate the incredible and
simple things around us. Roy Young sings about our happiness and our pain as we
ourselves have told him about it.
Russia's leading saxophonist, Advisor for culture to the President of the Republic of Bashkortostan, Oleg Kireyev knows much about good music that is liberated from the limitations of genres. He began musical career with jazz music with elements of Bashkir folk music at the turn of the 80's and 90's, he attended a jazz school while worked in Poland for several years, the birthplace of jazz - America - he had won with the ethno-jazz project, Feng Shui Theater. He also received his first Grammy nomination for that project in Russia in 2008!
The press evaluate his work as a harmony between the canons of the old school
and modern saxophone, respect for tradition and presence of his own ideas. Like
many great jazz musicians, Oleg is not afraid to experiment with classic jazz
and small composition, developing projects in the field of ethnic jazz, world
music, smooth jazz style which allows him to remain in sight for very diverse
audience.
"His sound - hypnotic, sensual," - wrote the largest authoritative edition of
the Jazz All About Jazz about Kireyev - "sometimes throaty, like Coleman Hawkins,
and sometimes - raucous, seductive, like the great Ben Webster. He plays with
the fluidity, possible to just a few.
